Pastarom Bake are baking stable flavourings which develop their typical aroma during the baking process.

Pastarom Bake is recommended for:

Individual quantities of addition
The intensity of the flavour depends on the quantity of addition:
  • 3 g per 1 kg dough result in a mild, fuller aroma and flavour
  • 5 g per 1 kg dough give all confectionery baked goods a per- fect, strong and typical flavour

Pastarom Bake is free of artificial flavourings. The flavours can be distinguished by their appearance.
